Hey N is an AI workspace for individuals and businesses. The personal app runs local AI on your device to help you explore ideas, work with documents, and create content.
Hey N Business brings these tools to your company infrastructure, with team messaging on your local network and a workspace managed within your organization.
Is my data safe with Hey N?
Hey N is built around local processing. When you use a local AI model, your files and AI conversations are processed on your device or your company’s own server instead of being sent to a remote AI provider.
Keeping your devices secure, managing access, and installing updates are also important. If you connect third-party services, the data you choose to exchange with those services is subject to their own settings and policies.
Where does Hey N come from?
Hey N was created by a Turkish founder and is developed under Vector Mantle.
Does Hey N have its own AI model?
Not yet. We are working on developing our own AI technology. Today, Hey N supports Qwen and other compatible local AI models.
Does Hey N provide virtual servers for businesses?
Not currently. Larger local AI models need more powerful hardware, and we are exploring an optional cloud server service for customers who need additional computing resources.
This is a future possibility, not a service that is available today. We have not announced a launch date.
Which operating systems are supported?
For personal use, Hey N supports Windows, macOS, and Linux.
For business deployments, Hey N supports Linux servers and Windows Server versions newer than Windows Server 2016. Hardware requirements depend on the AI models you plan to run.
Who is Vector Mantle?
Vector Mantle is a startup building products such as Hey N, with plans to explore AI and other fields. Our products may be offered as free or paid services, depending on the product.
Will Hey N receive updates?
We are committed to providing monthly security patches for Hey N Business.
We aim to release feature updates approximately every three months. This schedule may become shorter or longer depending on development and testing.
Do you help with installation?
Installation documentation is provided through our website for both personal and business customers. Business customers can also contact us to request free installation assistance.
How does the business subscription work?
Hey N Business is available on an annual plan. We do not offer a monthly subscription.
After downloading and installing the application on your server, obtain your activation code from hey-n.com and enter it in the server-installed application to activate your plan.
Can my company request a demo?
Demo requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. Contact us with your company details, industry, and website so we can assess whether a demo is a good fit. We do not plan to offer a demo to every company.
Which languages does Hey N support?
Hey N currently supports English, Turkish, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. We plan to add three more languages during 2026.
Is Hey N open source? Can I modify its source code?
No. Hey N is proprietary software and is not open source. Its source code is not available for users to modify.
What is Local Chat?
Local Chat is Hey N Business’s encrypted team messaging feature for your company network. It is designed to offer WhatsApp-style messaging privacy while keeping your conversations on your company’s own server.
The feature is designed to keep message content private from server administrators, Vector Mantle, and other third parties. Your company’s server hosts the conversations rather than an external messaging service.
